Vehicle checking campaign from 07.02.2011

Karachi: Dabeer Ahmed Khan Director Adm / MVR Excise Taxation Department Karachi has announced road checking campaign from 07.02.2011 during 03:00 pm. To 05:30 p.m. is being conducted to check the motor vehicle tax defaulters/ vehicles plying with fancy/ fabricated number plates or open letters etc. He also informed that in case of non-availability of any kind of documents apart from the stated-above. The vehicle shall be impounded until and unless the government due are not cleared alogwith penalty of production of original documents/number plats as provided under the provision of relevant law / rules in the manual of motor vehicles laws.
