Latif Khosa appointed as a new Punjab Governor

ISLAMABAD: The President of Pakistan, Asif Ali Zardari had approved the appointment of former attorney general of Pakistan, Sardar Latif Khosa as a new Governor of Punjab, DawnNews reported on Tuesday.

The decision was made when the President approved the summary for the position forwarded to him by the Prime Minister Gilani.

The appointment was made after the assassination of former Punjab Governor Salman Taseer.
